I took it for the entire cycle.

It increased my mental focus and energy amazingly. In fact, I found myself speeding and driving wrecklessly to the gym because I couldn't wait to get there.

As far as a pump, I was highly disapointed. There was almost no extra added "pump" that you would expect from a NO product.

The one downside with the product, which is why I would not use it again, is that my body got used to it after the second week of use. I felt no difference taking it than I did without taking.

In my opinion, if you want a solid NO product, go with White Blood by Controlled Labs.
If you're looking for energy, look for something with caffeine and take it with the White Blood.

The pumps with White Blood are enough that I will keep buying it over and over again...
