IMO, maybe creating a thread for Big Kev to answer is str8forward enough. Actually, Big Kev always update the forum in various threads on his workout and dieting etc. Thus people could refer to those threads.

I believe if I am Big Kev, I should be really busy now and I think for those waiting for him to answer your PMs, I would have to take more time to answer them. Thus patience guys.....
