damn dude - u got pretty thick - all that was over 10 weeks? how much weight did u gain?
yeah u look alot thicker in ur after pics...what was the weight gain? u should try and cut a lil body fat...do u plan on doing another cycle? i would put some eq and test in ur second cycle if u do one and work on ur diet and try and get some nice hard dense muscle...this cycle looked like a straight bulker which is what it did
yeah it was just over 10 weeks.
One of those pics are older but is still were I started at.
I started at 175 maybe 180 and now I am at 225 6'1".
I went for straight bulk this time. I know I got to much body fat but I am going to work on it.
I guess I am going to cycle again. If so I will take your advice and put in some eq.

I always believed it was better to eat proper all the time cause it would make the whoel process easier.... but i guess when some peopel bulk they eat a lot of crap they shouldn't... i would think they would eat properly on a normal basis, and then eat twice as much good food on bulking.
However, i dont ever feel there is cheating lol. Cause i love soda a hell of a lot!![]()

you gained some serious weight. how was your diet?
I received alot of bad advice from my source when I started. He was the only person that I knew personally to ask questions and get the cycle together. Then about five weeks after I started my cycle I found this site. Then I found out that my source is a dumb ass. I eat alot of home cooked meals veggies, meats, and potatoes. I just had my wife cut out the fried foods and bake it instead. Also grilled alot.
Then read on this site about structured diets. So right now I am trying to get a feel for what to do about diets.
I learned alot, the hard way. So next time I will have my crap together.
I think you should have gained more naturally and put the beer down haha. 50 lbs in 12 weeks..is that possible?
The fist time I started documenting my weight was four or five weeks in. At that point I was 200lbs. So my start weight maybe a little off, but not much. The first ten or fifteen pounds I didnt even realy notice.
u needed a better base before u started u had a lot of natty gains left

Look cr....I'm sure you gained weight while taking cyp, but like I said, there is no way you gained 50lbs off of it. You could have taken dbol with it, and I still wouldn't believe it. Not in 10 weeks. Anyway, I think you are stetching the truth, and I'm through with this thread.
Honestly I started around 175 to 185 that is the truth. I dont know exactly I guess I could have weighed more. I wasnt smart enough to document it. But now depending on the day I can weigh between 221 to 225. I have no reason to lie. Where would it get me?
I mean like you said, I'm still fat. I was proud of my progress and I guess I shouldnt have been. I thank all of you for your input.

This totally sucks -the guys gets called a liar and ragged on for no good reason. When I first got involved at AR a few years ago flames and put downs weren't tolerated, esp in the pictures forum. Now it looks like its routine.
