    Thanks guys I guess all of my hard work is paying off. The last time that I measured my arms they were 20" but, at the time I was site Injecting. I have not site injected in 8 weeks and my arms have got a little smaller so I guess they are 19'-19.5". I believe in site injections, they strech the muscle tissue and I believe cause permanent increase in size. When Im doing a bulking a cycle I will always site inject.
