I'm going to be starting my first cycle tomorrow and I'm assuming that strength will come first. I hear some people saying that they don't see any results with long lasting esters until about week 5. I want to know if that means size gains, strength gains, or both? Also if I'm not to see results until week 5 does that mean I shouldn't expect any sides until I start making gains. Like the good and the bad will come at the same time?
