The 3 most important meals, breakfast, post w/o meal (shake) and before bed. For you a PBJ with a glass of milk would work fine, you need to eat betweem those meals, for a total of 5-6 meals.
Bro gear isn't the magic pill that's going to make you eat or train for that matter. Food is the most important substance you'll use for mass building. Stay away from gear and jump on all the food you can eat.
