ive had fat free ice cream before a workout on a carb up day...i had lots of energy, but i dont know if it was from the previous carbs in the day or just the ice cream. prolly a combo.

if your bulking just make sure your taking in plenty of carbs, that alone will increase your muscle fullness and pumps. oh and drink water.
iv heard honey is good for creating pumps. was in a recent FLEX mag, post workout carbs from 4 slices brown bread with honey on them, gives slow and fast burning carbs, and apparent nitric oxide production from the honey as well!
