    Not saying this isnt true, but I have never encountered this problem, as long as you keep them right side up there shouldnt be an issue, either way 18 or 20 will work just fine.

    Lets say im shooting 2cc in my glute, is it ok to draw and shoot with the 23 or is that unsafe???

    It's not unsafe its just that the needle wont be a sharpe and go in as easy. Poking through rubber stopers and scraping along the bottom of an amp dulls the needle.

    What if they fall over? Shit happens.

    But if the 18g is big enough to cause thatproblem don't you think it could be allowing other impurities in as well........ Solve the problem is to go with a smaller gausge (20g)... JMO
