Well I know for a fact that it is fake:
A) As I stated in my first post in this thread it is a Foster's Lager advert on TV here, it goes on a bit longer than the clip that Lavinco posted and you see a guy dangling there with his head missing - I hardly think Foster's would have used a genuine fatality in a TV campaign.

B) Do you not think you would have heard about it on the news? - "Bungee Jumper gets snapped up by Croc"

C) It would have to be one seriously clever & quick crocodile.

I don't know if it's fake but I thought it looked pretty real (what I saw anyways). I also figured someone else knew more about it than me, as you do and could shed some light.

A major clue: In an event like this, people would be cussing and runnign around.....the sound cuts off at the end to hide the fact there is no screaming (because nobody lost their head to cause screaming)... and the camera man doesnt go all nutty and shake the camera because a guy just lost his head.....
