Im sure they would have had their asses in court if they used a real guy dying for a commercial... And maybe thats why there is no sound; beause it had a fosters audio clip saying "fosters, australian for beer".. so they got rid of that, and put it up to fool the imple minded people.
However for the surfing commercial.. That has a possibility to be real, because Mavericks beotch!!!!
I've seen people hit 60 foot waves, so that could be real!.... Im not sure if any of you have had a wave break on you, but something that size would have knocked him off his board. Of course i've seen it pulled off.
It's all a matter of common sense. It looks real.
The only that does bother me, is how they spotted that guy out in the water with their eyes.
Coast Gaurd folks that go out and rescue people in the ocean are TRAINED to see people in the water.. and ill tell you that isn't easy shit..
