Thanks for the ''help'' slow~mo but my question was answered a few posts and a few days ago, good way to keep the thread going though. And going by the rule of thumb that you should eat 2g of protein p/lb. of body weight, that puts me at almost 350g of protein per day. And since im adjusting myself to a significantly higher calorie diet then i used to be on, id rather it be higher in protein than something like fats.. thanks for trying to 'look out for me' though
