Thanks guys, i was stuck at a low i knew my bench press was good but now my head is the size of a watermelon lol

...My chest routine hardly ever changes..it's the only thing i haven't really messed with b/c i have always made gains with it (the don't fix it if it aint broke mentallity)..it's pretty basic..flat bench, incle dumbbell press, incline flyes and cable cross overs..see nothing special lol...and chest6 yea i'm 23 i just turned 23 acrtually nov. 21st 1982...i made my profile in a hurry, didnt think i would stay on a.r that long haha...and last but not least heavyrotation92, jelous buddy?

why lie, i dont need any extra attentio0n...but thanks to everyone else on the props..i just started this thread to see if my gains on AAS were normal
