I would think synthol in the dick would make it deformed looking, I mean everytime you got a hardon the oil would move around and over time your equipment may look kind of disgusting. A big disgusting dick is even less appe****g than a smaller one.

A guy that I use to work with was telling me about a procedure that he was thinking about having done.

The doctor removes fat deposits from your body; he then injects this fat into your member, thus increasing your circumference by as much as 1 ½ times.
