I thought I noticed that too.. I was busting my arse and felt like I was looking fatter but now a few weeks later it all caught up and I am noticing a huge difference.. I think it is water weight change (my opinion) but also your head messing with you.

damn man that helped a lot. I actually was going to have a cheat meal tmr and carb up on Friday...to throw my body off. I havent cheated hardly at all the entire time I've been cutting. Im starting to think the clen/benadryl is a load of crap. Clen stopped working for me mid week3 ish in my experience. I think Im gonna ramp it down and load up on taurine and hopefully I don't get a rebound effect.
