Like Skinny Guy, I'm doing a first cycle Deca only. Weeks 1 to 3 - 200mg/4&5 - 400/6 to 8 - 200.
4 weeks in, I've put 6lbs on my body weight. Getting stronger (10kg up on my bench). Diet is clean. No sides except the feeling I need more sleep (possibly a result of working harder / lifting heavier in gym?). One thing I have noticed is although my lifts have gone up I am not getting nearly as much delayed onset muscle soreness like I did before the cycle. I guess the Deca enables the muscles to repair themselves much quicker?
