You got hit by a truck, man. My brother has a metal plate in his jaw from when we got hit by a truck. If your F150 is totally wrecked then you got lucky.

I didn't thin my truck was that bad but the cop said the insurance company will prob total it so they don't have to deal with it. it was an 03 so i know it was not due to the year of the truck.

I had a truck rear end me and total out my civic took 3 ****ing months and about a million phone calls to finally get all of my money!!!

They gave me around an extra 1500 dollars over what the car bluebooked for though.

I had to threaten to sue them to get my first check....

They kept giving me bullshit excuses like we dont have your right address and it takes such and such approval to get it changed in the system adnd we need to send out a third party bullshit to look at the vehicle and take pictures all shit!!!

then I had to threaten to sue them again to recieve the other half of my check!!! we sent it already blah blah blah i didnt get shit...


But seriously my advise to you is go to the doctor!!! say that you back is in SEVER pain!!! you cant sleep normally any more and its effecting your job which is reducing your income and your having nightmares!!!

If you dont have a lawyer you should get one if you want more money then what your car is worth for your "trauma" lol

Or just say that your have been seaking leagl representation about all of the impending bills from the chiropractors and doctors and mention your loss of income due to being SEVERLY traumatized and in PAIN!!!


You could easily get 7 Gs out of the whole deal!!! plus whatever the car is worth
