yeah for your own good dont use it without plenty of research. alot of my friends used dianabol alone for their 1st course, hasnt really benefitted them in the long term.

it seems like every newbies first "cycle" is d-bol by itself. i did anadrol by itself for my first cycle. i think i speak for most of those that have done this by saying it's a big mistake. like stated above-research and then you can make a better decision on what you should take. i believe any newbie should do a test-based first cycle, but you should definately read up first.
