Going to start 50 to 60 mg of var at week 11 for 5 weeks should i keep my cal up at 3500 and start doing cardio or should i cut my cal intack and start cardio or no cardio at all

If it was a bulking I would keep the food going through pct. Cardio can be done in any cycle to help burn fat, just dont go overboard. Although I never did cardio in all my bulking cycles... I wish I would have after starting a cutting cycle(would be easier).
Yes it is bulk cycle so 3500 cal and 30min cardio every day ok????????????

Var is great at the end of a cycle. 5 weeks is a bit short though.
