Take more gear isnt that the right answer Ha HA, Protein shakes are very important , but you need to learn your body type so you can know how to feed yourself(not literally) In other words keep listening to your body so you learn how your body reacts to certain amount of training and cardio a week and how much food you need to maitain AND then STILL GROW AND REPAIR NEW MUSCLE.There is a genral formula but conecting the mind to the muscle (training) to the food to the rest and recovery. it takes a while to get down but just keep working at it and learn from your mistakes , weather its what you ate good or bad , what went right in the gym and what didnt work , also use the mirror , the scale tells me how much I weight but not if it looks good and is symetrical.
