I read in Sparkle's sticky that the first time running IGF-1 you can run it PWO only. Is that true? If I did this I could up the dose... 60mcg PWO 4x a week. Or should I drop the dose and run it ed? Thanks

I wouldnt say to drop the dose, if you did that you would have less then 40mcg a day. You wont want to run IGF again if you do that. If you're working with 1 mg and work out 4 days a week I'd do it the way you layed it out. Next run I'd get 2mgs and run it ED.
yes, I only have 1mg of the stuff. Did it to test the waters with seizure across the border. If I ran at 50mcg ED it would last 20 days. but at 60mcg PWO only I could run it for the whole month

the first time i ran lr3(igtropin) i only shot it mon/tues and thurs/fri at 50mcg for 5 weeks. and still got some nice gains although ed is better imo. now i must say that i seem to respond very well to lr3. my next run i'm gonna run it same as my hgh(5/2).
