    They have to have sufficient evidence to get a warrent. For all you know they were just fishing and didnt really have a friggen clue. This isnt the movies where the cops get to do anything they want. You do have rights.

    Refusal to allow a search IS NOT PC (Probable cause) NOR IS IT RS (Reasonable Suspicion).

    Warrants must be issued by a magistrate and be based upon the sworn affidavit or word of a police officer or an informant (a reliable one) to be issued. EVEN is issued, the warrant is often times found to have been issued in violation of the 4th. NEVER answer the cops and if the MF put his foot on my threshold he'd be wearing a cast. EVERY SINGLE US jurisdiction has the castle rule: In my house and uninvited there is a presumption that he is there to do you harm.

    I'f you'd kept your mouth shut, you'd have a couple of fun law suits to keep the DEA busy with paperwork for a while rather than bother with us.
