If it's a first cycle, something might be wrong, but if it's a third or fourth, that's about right. As long as you look just as lean, hopefully you got 5lbs of muscle outta that so far. Keep goin, i would run that at least 12, as EQ gets better as time goes on.
My first was 500 sust/ 400 eq and i got 15 in the first week..lol no shit. ended up 33 total over 7.5 weeks. kept 35![]()
