    Lightbulb Waaaaaaaaaasssss Up!

    Hows it going everyone!

    Been here like a couple times and finally thought i'd join.

    I'm looking to loose some body fat and make some iron so
    I'll be doing my reading and sharing.

    Been lifting on and off for 3 years, I was doing good until I got a girlfriend.
