as far as someone being compenstated for productivity You do know what business 101 is?

Who cares? Are you critiquing the book or the idea of it? It's a good move for our Web site ("our" refeering to all the people that contribute here) - it will help bring more knowledge to these forums... you have to respect the effort that went into it... and it sounds like it was built from a solid foundation of experience and studies - what makes these types of books good reads... especially for the newbies on the boards...
