I agree with that all the way especially if you're frontloading. I've never ever felt any symptoms of Gyno until I frontloaded. By the end of the first week my nipples were itchy and irritated. After a quick dose of Nolv I was good to go after a couple of days. Definitely start it a week or 2 prior to cycle. Better to be safe then sorry..........
