off season weight... haven't had an off season in awhile, but the heaviest I ever got was 165-170 and I was HUGE! I am comfortable 150-155... don't plan on getting much heavier than that this time around.. I don't think I really need to get much *bigger* just to fine tune somethings and work on bringing up my chest/shoulders... and to start squatting more often..
