Good work bro. My first cycle was in my mid 30s as well and 250 mgs also. Just like everyone else that tried 250mgs and ate, lifted and rested right, you don't need more to grow. Here I am now 40 and still loving life on cycles. Stick with the lowest doasages you need to grow and youll have a great time. Most on here think you have to up dosages each cycle. I have lost count of the cycles I have run, and my favorite test dosage is still 500mgs. I have run it higher but not noticed better gains, just more sides.
