    3 pounds muscle in 1 day

    I just started my deca and proviron cycle last night after my work out (January 12), and have been on NO2 for 20 days already. For the past 2 week I have been weighing in at 174 pounds on a digital scale in the mornings. I woke up this morning and I was 177. It sounds impossible that I gained 3 pounds in 1 night.

    let me know what you think.........and don't tell me that I need Test or any of that shit

    well its definately not the deca.. possibly just water weight or something like that

    how often do you gauge your scale? sometimes they need to be tweaked every once in awhile

    water, or you just ate a lot before you went to bed. it's not possible to gain 3 pounds of muscle in one day - if that what was you were wondering.

    this is why wrestlers spit to make weight before a meet. your weight can change plus or minus five pounds due to water.

    wheres nark with clearing all of these comments...members are flaming left and right like i read last night AR is the "cream of the crop" when it comes to forums so lets advise this guy that he needs test and tell him that the three pounds was probably water/food/caca and not muscle
