    got a weird package

    Package was supposed to be 2 bottles of PGF-2A ... came from costa rica... got 2 empty bottles....from one of hte most highly recommended sources too....

    could customs have emptied it or something?

    was the packedge oily on the inside at all,,youd be able to tell if it leaked,,no one would xend an empty bottle to scam you if there going to scm you like that they might as well save the money on the empty bottles as well and send nothing

    could have just been a mishap during packaging. the only way to know for sure is to contact your guy. its probably his bad seeing as no custom inspector would empty it out and send a package of empty vials.
