I am doing my first shot tonight, actually someone else is doing it for me that has stuck other people before. Is there anything I should know for the first week so I dont wigg out. HAHA. Im taking test e 250. Thanks guys

Massage the area pre/post injeciton for 3-4 mins, this will help the muscle relax and aid with dispersing the oil, once injected. I find, putting a heating pad on the site the following day helps greatly. Each injection will get easier and less painfull the following days.

I just had my 5th self -administered shot. EASY! It's harder to pull the oil through the 23 guage pin than anything else. Take your time, be clean, clean, clean. Unless you're using a big pin, it's easy and painless (at least with test-e)

i am such a pussy, i was supposed to do my first shot last night but i loaded the pin and chickened out, just can't seem to shove that 23g x 11/2" pin in my leg..... should i just shove it in my glute in the mirror

what can i do to psych myself up and will it get easier to do it?

Well i did it. About twenty mins ago. Had someone do it for me. My god I passed out, got stiff, eyes rolled back in the head and out I was. Came to and pulled something in my neck. I have never been that white before in my life, that was for sure the freakiest thing that has ever happened to me, but I feel so much better now.

Dirty wait till you can do it slow dont rush it bro.

Make sure that you squirt a couple drops of juice on the needle first to lube it up before you stick it in. It will go in much easier.

You probably just got yourself too worked up before hand which caused the passing out. It will get easier, believe me. The next thing you know, you will be sitting in front of the tv, talking on the phone, eating a chicken breast with a 1 1/2 inch 20g. needle sticking out of your quad filled to the top with suspension.

hahahaha thats great. I will work my way up to that though, dont want to drop the chicken on the floor from passing out again. HAHA. Trying to eat 300 grams of protien a day is really hard. Dont want waisted chicken. But ya im sure my nerves were just going crazy, that an I ate a protien bar and milk like one min before HAHA not the best idea. O well

the last few posts didn't help me out any, can i get smaller than 23g pins, it looks like it would leave a big whole, it already seems to take forever to load it so i prolly don't wanna go any smaller, plus i bought 100.

Some people use 25g. But it can take some time to get oil thru a pin that small. Plus if you are ever planning on running any Winny or Suspension, you will have a hell of a time getting it thru a 25g. Stick with the 23's.

not sure what size mine was I will find out, but im sure it was somewhat small. It took a while to draw it into the 1cc amount. After that it took about 1 min 30 secs to get it all in my arm. test is kind of think, she said WOW I had no idea and im sorry for the small sticker. So you should be ok with something not to big, the bigger the more it will hurt putting it in, I didnt even feel it when I was stuck.

I agree, This is the best combo....

I was like that the first time I shot my quad. Just felt dizzy and all... But I have come to learn that it is all in your head. Cuz now I have no fear, and I shoot my glutes myself all the time. Even if I accidentally wiggle it, which causes the most pain, its a piece of cake. You too will come to learn of this no fear/no pain in time. Trust me, its true..

I found personally that drawing with a 23g is fine(take it slow) and i shot with a 25 1". I don't have high BF and can't even pinch fat on my tights . Never had any problems with that. I also have 23g 1 1/2" is i ever decided to do glutes but i like delts and quad shots.

haha sometimes spell check can be your enemy ! It's not that slow when injecting. I am only doing 250mg at a time so its no big deal. I guess when people are doing higher dosages then it might matter more.

For me its about 2-3 minutes. It really depends on how fast i want my fingers to cramp up.
