1. How much comes out in one pump of AR' L-dex?

2. Since the test doesn't start working can I wait to start my Nolva and L-dex? When should I start it, I took my first shot last night(test e 250mg).

this is what I was going to do. Look at it and help me out on it. I have heard to wait two weeks after last shot of test to start pct and I have heard to do it right after, which is true. Also should I take anything during the cycle of test? Thanks guys

weeks 1-10
test e 250
1 cc a week for 10 weeks.

weeks 13-14
Nolva 100mg
colmid 40 mg

weeks 15-16
colmid 50 mg
nolva 20 mg

id run the test at 500 a week. and research your pct a bit more.

yeah you asshole, i told this kid like 12 times to run more than just 250mg a week, but he has some friend getting the stuff and shooting him saying that that is all he needs,1cc monday, 1cc thursday, get it? what you are doing is pointless. your test levels will be all over the place.

it's just frustrating cause he has already been told a bunch of times, i don't want this kid to waste his time cause of a dumbass friend.....

anyways, first cycle test e 500mg/week yadda yadda, did first shot yesterday just wondering if i can wait a while to start the Nolva since it takes a little while for the test to kick in, and how much is one pump of AR's L-dex?

start the nolva now and run it through your PCT always

what about the L-dex, i am going to run .25 or .5mg not real sure i have heard both suggested, but how much is one pump out of AR's bottle?

1. 0.1mg per pump
2. Yes. Start ldex at week 3 to give it a week to ome into effet before the test starts.

I was suggested by several people to use .25 since I am also taking 10mg nolva.
