Well recently, this past week, (week 3 of my bulking diet); i have cheated the wost, almost everynight. The reason for this is that after chowing down some tuna(which i have come to actually like) of some chicken during the day, i still seem hungry. The problem im having is my bf% is starting to rise because of the uncleanness but i cant eat enough during the day because my protein intake is already wayy to high. So just wondering some suggestions to keep my appetite from killing my (trying to be clean) bulking diet. My diet is posted on this page just scroll down to find it.
