cycled 4 years ago but got side tracked with other things in my life that interfered with lifting. I got up to 180lbs, but wasn't exactly the look i was looking for, looked kinda bloated, but big. I just want to be a very sold 165 or 170 pounder and at 5'6" i will look big enough for me. Want BF to be around 6-8%. Want to be as strong as possible also cause may start competing again in lifting. But trying new things to use because what i explained above is my overall target. My body's natural bodyweight is actually around 140, want it to start being 165 or 170. workouts and diet are well maintained when i definitly use gear and i do get results.
