You see what a blanket statement you just made? Banana's can be eaten, just depends on when you eat them, what you eat them with, etc....

I am so obsessed with bananas that I now have them on my cheat days.

Enlighten me Giantz!! How can I fit these into my cutting diet?

    I hate bananas.

I eat like a million apples and oranges though.

I would eat them in an AM carb meal, Pre-workout, Post Workout and you could have some in any carb meal you choose basically. And of course on cheat days!

Now since we are on the topic of cheat days, let me throw this out there to you.

    Banana Stuffed French Toast:

Take 2 Banana's, slice them it into a bowl. Toss with Vanilla and lightly coat with Brown sugar and cinnamon.

Slice Texas Toast (Large Sliced Bread) in the middle, making a pocket.
Insert banana slices until you have made a single alyer of banana.
Dip the toast normally in beaten egg's asy ou would regualr french toast.
Cook over low-med heat on a buttered pan.
    And enjoy!

And if you wanna get real cute you can make your own Brown Sugar syrup to drizzle on top instead of using maple syrup
