everyday you would take it and probably with a 25g 1"; injectable b12 is cheap

how much would you take a day just 1 cc ?? and also do you have to rotate injection spots like regular aas or does that not really matter when taking b12

1cc ED is alot. Most people will be fine with 1 or 2cc shots per week

how effective is taking a b12 tablet each day compared to the injectable, ive seen them for £5 for 100x 250mg daily tabs
