Yes NB Juliette has been an IFBB judge for about 8 years. She competed in the late 80's an early 90's but didn't do as well because she was considered too muscular back then....seems the criteria has fallen in line with the mens. However, based on those pics she didn't look overly muscular...I think she looked great.
