suspension is better to take 2x daily
As a bulker I'd change around a couple of things. If asking for yourself then flip back to Kales questions. After those are answered we can commnet on if this is right for you.

I am eating loads fella. been training for 2year now. Getting bored of sust mate( Just heard that it will give me a good kick. My weight always seems to fluctuate and its annoying.

This is the reason your weight keeps fluctuating. You've only been training 2 years and have been using AAS for half of that time.Originally Posted by jack000
Your body has no idea what natural training is. First you need to create a base then use AAS to further that. Now use AAS right off the rip to increase muscle mass. When you come off your cycles your body is just going back to its original form. A form that doesnt have much of a base.
You wont do what I'm going to recommened but I'll list it anyway. Scratch the use of AAS and build a foundation. After you feel you have built the foundation then you can start working on the house. What's going to happend if you build a house without a foundation? In due time it will crash. Hence your fluctuating weight.........
