Follow your regular routine, as close as you can. If you skip shoulders a week due to travel, you skip shoulders. Remember, you are on a long term plan here.

Though, be creative, there are plenty of exercise that you can do in hotel room with only body weight.

Also hotels tend to have pools and hot tubs, both of which are great for stressed out muscles!

Swimming is AWESOME cardio! Hot tubs are fantastic for relaxing muscles. Remember, you don't build muscles while lifting, you build them while eating and resting!
