dex = dextrose a corn sugar that is converted to glucose much more quickly than sucrose (table sugar)

if you lift thats great but u gotta take in proper post work out nutrtion which is a shake after lifting *IMMEDIATLY* then a protein and CHO meal 1-1.5hrs later consisting of a lean meat a good carb and maybe even a veggie.

if u really want abs u gotta hit the weights to spike your metabo
