    Not much. Tribulas whilst "on".

I've seen Clomid being used whilst "on" at low doses. Some users say this help with testicular atrophy. I dont, however, know much about Clomid use whilst "on". I've never found much research on it.

What about just using Letro....as well as being an anti-e, isn't it supposed to help with testicular shrinkage?

    No.

High doses of Letro have been known to decrease ones sex drive. Some Anti-E's (SERM's and AI's) have be known to raise levels of LH/FSH, but mostly post cycle.

This is straight from the Letro profile:

As previously mentioned, Letrozole can be used to raise LH and FSH (which are hormones which signal your testes to produce more testosterone). It also, of course, will raise your testosterone levels (6) via this mechanism. Again, this is of interest to athletes and bodybuilders for obvious reasons. Letrozole, of course, can be used for post-cycle-therapy (PCT) to raise test levels, but for various reasons, Tamoxifen may be a better choice. Still, I have successfully used Letrozole for this purpose.

Seems like it does have some effect on shrinkage.

Please tell me where it states Letro is effective whilst "on"? It states its effectiveness during PCT.

Supposedly tongkat ali has some LH-like properties. In a pinch you could try it.
