With my experience running 80mcg on workout days allowed me to keep more of my gains then I typically do. I'm the type that gains at a moderate pace but usually keeps 80%+ due to my cylces + PCT.
This past cycle I can honestly say I got up to 210 @8%, it's been a few months and I still have the same stats. Lost about 2lbs. within the first 6-8 weeks and am right back up to 210. I feel the LR3 in PCT made that difference.
