    hmm, you should check out the workout section of this forum, they have lots of different workout routines. its a good idea to try to hit everything. having big biceps is cool, as long as the rest of you is proportionatly the same size.

    btw, its best to eat your meals on a schedule, as in immediately when you wake up, then around 4 hours later eat again. basically, your main focus is to lose weight right?
