i have been training for a year and a half. my diet consists of 4 meals and 3 protien shakes daily.. breakfast 3 egg whites and one whole egg, non fat yogurt, bagel with non fat cream cheese, protien shake made with bannanas and bluberrys and penutbutter, mid day meal, can of tuna,cottage cheese, another protien shake,dinner 2 chicken breasts or salmon fillets or 1/4 pound lean ground beef, whole wheat rice, veggies,another protien shake.......ever morning i also take multi vitamins and geens plus.... i spend about an hour and a half to two hours at the gym a day................thanks for everyones help so far.....is that trues about the sustanon?? if it is thanks
