I recently took an overseas trip and bought tubes of Nizoral 4% cream. Does anybody know how to use this as a replacement for, or in conjunction with the 2% shampoo?

Never heard of nizoral cream,but sounds good you could really inflame the hair folics I am sure if rubed in well and left for 5 min or so making them insenitive to DHT. I have been useing the shampoo 4 times a week for the past 5 years. Think it has helped.

Yeah just wondering if I should just rinse it or leave it. Niz. is used as an antifungal cream outside the US. Same stuff just more concentration.

Leave it for about 5 mins thats what I do with the shampoo. Rinse well

it works well for acne as well!!!!!!!!!!
