1-13 500mg test e
1-12 400mg eq
11-15 50mg winny ed
the test and eq need to be shot bi-weekly mate this will keep your blood levels more stable!!
start 20mg ed nolva straight after your last test shot and start clomid therapy the day after your last winny!!

Agree with everything, but drop the Winny. With a BF% as high as yours, you won't notice much from the Winny

With that in mind, keep the Nolva, but don't start the Clomid for two weeks. Give time for the longer acting Tests to get out of your system.

Alternative... replace the Winny with Prop. Then you can start PCT two days after your last Prop shot.
