Making it so computer does not remember usernames

My new computer I notice on any site that I have to log in, even if I choose not to remember password, it will still remember the user name if you double click it. Is their a way to turn this off. ALso everything I search for if you doulble click it will show you everything I search for.
I already tried to clear the history.

delete your cookies...also in i.e. go to tools, internet options, content, click auto complete, and de select the box for forms and user name and passwords, also click the button that says clear forms and clear passwords...
