    And I swear if I hear him say yeah buddy!!! one more time.

    I will I will throw my computer out the window.........

    And that Australian commentator WTF.....

    one of the worst videos by far...not just the worst ronnie video, but the worst video...you really cant get to see how he truly trains unless you see him at metroflex. branch warren's video comes out soon and it should be bad ass. that fool trains hardcore like no other...he has injured so many people he has worked out with and made several people puke.

    Defo..... I only downloaded it because it was there, lol i'm not a great fan of Colman, but i did enjoy cost of redemption, and the unbelievable,

    I also got Flex Wheeler Mass Construction and Jay Cutler new improved and beyond witch kicked ass........

    LIGHT WEIGHT!...............Ronnie is the man.....i gained a whole lot of respect for him after i saw his videos for 2000 and 2003...they were awesome.

    I guess pushin the weight does the talking but man..theyre boring besides that. He doesnt talk. It just shows him eating and hes like completely silent

    I would rather him be silent than try to talk like Jay Cutler. Jay says "basically" and "really" so many times in such a monotonous voice that I wanted to slap the crap out of him.

    In Ronnie's first video (the unnamed one, not Unbelievable) he talks and stuff but his training isn't anywhere close to as good as his 2nd (Unbelievable) and 3rd (Cost of Redemption) videos. I think he did the correct thing by letting his training do the talking.

    Flex has some funny dialog in his videos but he does too much gay stuff.

    Lee Priest has some good dialog but his training is boring.

    Kevin Levrone had decent dialog and good training. His videos were pretty entertaining but he comes off as stupid, probably because of his diet. So much stuttering and crap.
