Deca in doses lower than 300mg a week is a waste of money. Throw in some Test 400mg-600mg a week along with Deca.

i tried to help him... maybe i wasn't as nice as i should have been, but i was giving him legit info on pct and what would be ideal to take for a cycle. he claimes that he stopped his cycle though cause it was making him feel like sh_t. well fu_k that, gear makes me feel like sh_t half the time too, but i do it anyway cause the gains are more important to me than my own comfort.

I once dropped from 240 to 140 in about 2 years.

went from lots of beer and pizza to working on keeping it to 140.
