Hi I just started back up at ballys and I yous to work out like 4 days a week and never really saw any gains I watch what I eat and all I drink s water,milk and orange juice. I'm 19 5'10 and lost 20 pounds after the citadel so now i weigh 138 which sucks. First question is will juice help me get cut I really want a six pack and two what cycle do you recommend for a fist timer? I was thinking ust like 300mg of deca a week.
