Show them off like battle scars... I have heard that vitamin E oil can help, but if you keep growing you will keep stretching...at least that is my experience...Originally Posted by I AM THE HULK
Just use some type of moisturising cream. This will soften the skin up and allow it to stretch slowly rather than the pink slivers.........ya know what i mean![]()
when my wife got big due to pregnancy she used vitiman E and coco butter she still has a sexy stomachOriginally Posted by BigJames

I wish I had your problem!
just let them show. haha, i have bad bad bad stretch marks. try coco butter with vitamin e.
Things like cocoa butter and shea butter help prevent stretch marks, they dont make them go away once they are there. Also a vitamin E cream that you use when you get a tatoo, that works as well.

if stretching works for you then try stretching and using shea butter so you'd improve the elasticity of your skin even more.Originally Posted by Hellmask

How often would i put it on and what are the most common places to get stretch marks as iv only got 2 i know ov 1 on each side of my chest/inner shoulder
They'll eventually fade... but you can try and get those bars of soap from Dial with Coco Butter in it (not sure exactly how much Coco Butter is actually in it), I used to use them a lot - or anthing else that will help the elasticity of your skin...
why are there people who are happy to have stretch marks???
thats just insane, who wants to walk around with marks on their shoulders,chest,arms...wherever.my experience has been most chicks dont dig stretch marks.
hey,better you then me.
theres nothing u can do to stop stretch marks, things like creams and oils may help a bit sunbeds may also help to fade them slightly
I use baby oil. I hardly see any when i have a good tan.

I agree - display your caluses from grippin' the iron... and the popped blood vessels in your neck from pushing with everything you got... show those off with pride... but not stretch marks... stretch marks should be avoided. They eventually fade with good hygiene and tanning - but the mor supple you make your skin the better off you'll be...Originally Posted by DEVLDOG

I think like everyone said. Use vitamin E and coco butter. Good luck
I ordered this, I have no stretchmarks so far, it's a lotion so it's easier to apply than a creme.

Actually they do. A man with caluses is a man that knows work and is more likely a good choice for her protection... wether he earned them in the gym or buidling a house - he knows consistent, hard work. It's those primal things - like most men love nice hips and breasts because the woman represents an ideal icon of fertility and sex...Originally Posted by Hellmask
And... I have found many woman that like to clean up there man - if it's plucking eyebrows or scrapping caluses off with a razor blade...
Stretch marks represent drug use. Its just a fact. If you see two big dudes in the gym and one has big red stretch marks all over his upper torso and the other has clean skin - people will always think drug use for the guy with the stretch marks. And with that profiling comes the idea of illegal practices (in most countries) and the media instilled ideas about those that use AAS to grow.
Stretch marks are often related to fat too. Most people with stretch marks aren't mass muscle monsters - they are big fat asses... and their stretch marks are from getting fat too fast or being fat as a child.
Stretch marks are blemishes. They are imperfections on the skin like acne. I would sooner want to be covered in pimples than accept an out of control break out of stretch marks.
They are inevitable when using AAS and a hardcore training and diet routine - but you can minimize them, help them fade faster and otherwise keep them less obvious... IMO, you should.
hehe... an evolutionary approach =) but personally I have observed that ppl who are really cut have the biggest stretchmarks..
Yeah - I know... retarded... but it's true!Originally Posted by stupidhippo

I probably would see less stretching than some who all of a sudden gains 15 pounds of muscle... ya dig? The skin was already stretched before...
